Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with UK employment law and company objectives
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Lead compensation and benefits administration reviews
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic workforce planning
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and statutory HR requirements
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff growth
Qualification
- CIPD Level 5/7 equivalent with 5+ years' HR experience
- Proven expertise in UK employment legislation and compliance
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Strategic workforce planning experience
- Change management and project delivery track record
- Relevant degree in Human Resources or Business Management
