Responsibility

  • Design and implement end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for key positions
  • Manage employee relations cases, conduct investigations, and resolve conflicts with empathy and legal precision
  • Oversee performance management cycles, including goal-setting reviews and development planning
  • Develop and maintain HR policies aligned with UK legislation and organizational values
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform talent strategy, retention initiatives, and diversity programs
  • Coordinate training programs and workshops focusing on leadership development and compliance
  • Act as primary liaison between employees and leadership on HR matters

Qualification

  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR qualification essential
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in generalist HR roles, preferably in tech or financial services
  • Proven expertise in UK employment law, TUPE, and GDPR compliance
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and reporting
  • Change management experience supporting organizational transformations
  • Full driving license for occasional UK travel
