Responsibility
- Design and implement end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for key positions
- Manage employee relations cases, conduct investigations, and resolve conflicts with empathy and legal precision
- Oversee performance management cycles, including goal-setting reviews and development planning
- Develop and maintain HR policies aligned with UK legislation and organizational values
- Analyze HR metrics to inform talent strategy, retention initiatives, and diversity programs
- Coordinate training programs and workshops focusing on leadership development and compliance
- Act as primary liaison between employees and leadership on HR matters
Qualification
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR qualification essential
- Minimum 5 years' experience in generalist HR roles, preferably in tech or financial services
- Proven expertise in UK employment law, TUPE, and GDPR compliance
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and reporting
- Change management experience supporting organizational transformations
- Full driving license for occasional UK travel
