Responsibility
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer management.Administer HR policies, procedures, and local employment laws to ensure full compliance with MOM guidelines.Foster positive employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting conflict resolution, and acting as a trusted advisor to staff.Manage the onboarding and offboarding lifecycle for new hires and departing employees to ensure a smooth transition.Assist in the administration of payroll, benefits, and leave management in close coordination with the Finance department.Organize company-wide events, training sessions, and team-building activities to boost morale and engagement.Maintain accurate HR records and data in our HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Qualification
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or a similar role.Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.CIPD certification or equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable.Strong working knowledge of Singaporean employment laws and MOM regulations.Proficiency in HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or local equivalents).Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
