Responsibility

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and local employment laws to ensure full compliance with MOM guidelines.
  • Foster positive employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting conflict resolution, and acting as a trusted advisor to staff.
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding lifecycle for new hires and departing employees to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Assist in the administration of payroll, benefits, and leave management in close coordination with the Finance department.
  • Organize company-wide events, training sessions, and team-building activities to boost morale and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and data in our HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Qualification

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or a similar role.
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
  • CIPD certification or equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable.
  • Strong working knowledge of Singaporean employment laws and MOM regulations.
  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or local equivalents).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
