  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and procedures to enhance workflow and organizational effectiveness.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facilities maintenance, optimizing costs while maintaining high standards.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Coordinate company events, team meetings, and special projects from conception to execution.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining HR-related documentation.

Qualification

  • 3+ years of proven experience as an Office Administrator, Executive Assistant, or similar role in a corporate environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
