Responsibility
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a seamless and productive work environment for a team of 30+ professionals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and procedures to enhance workflow and organizational effectiveness.
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facilities maintenance, optimizing costs while maintaining high standards.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Coordinate company events, team meetings, and special projects from conception to execution.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining HR-related documentation.
Qualification
- 3+ years of proven experience as an Office Administrator, Executive Assistant, or similar role in a corporate environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload in a high-volume atmosphere.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
