Responsibility
- Direct and execute photoshoots across diverse genres (fashion, commercial, editorial)
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards aligned with client briefs
- Manage post-production workflow including color grading and retouching
- Mentor junior photographers and coordinate production teams
- Build and maintain client relationships through exceptional delivery
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging photography technologies
- Contribute to studio's portfolio development and marketing initiatives
Qualification
- 5+ years professional photography experience with published portfolio
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere)
- Proficiency with medium format cameras and professional lighting systems
- Demonstrated experience directing photoshoots and managing teams
- Bachelor's degree in Photography or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
