Responsibility
- Execute precise concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks per blueprints
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA-certified proficiency
- Inspect and maintain tools/equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and report hazards immediately
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors for seamless project delivery
- Read and interpret technical drawings and construction documents
- Assist in material inventory management and waste reduction initiatives
Qualification
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience with verifiable references
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification required
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and hand tools
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade school certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as project demands
