Responsibility
- Execute structural framing, concrete pouring, and masonry work with precision
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers and project managers
- Inspect completed work for quality compliance and structural integrity
Qualification
- Minimum 3 years of commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
