Responsibility
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment with precision and care.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment following safety protocols.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Label, wrap, and stage products for shipping carriers.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Report any discrepancies or damage to the supervisor promptly.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
