Shift Availability: 1st Shift (6 AM - 2:30 PM), 2nd Shift (3 PM - 11:30 PM), and Weekend shifts available.
Responsibility
- Accurately pick customer orders using state-of-the-art voice-picking and RF scanning technology.
- Pack and prepare orders for outbound shipment according to strict quality standards.
- Efficiently receive inbound inventory, verify quantities, and inspect for damage.
- Safely operate material handling equipment (reach trucks, cherry pickers, electric pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and Lean 6S compliant workstation.
- Meet or exceed individual and team productivity and accuracy KPIs.
- Assist with cycle counts, bin audits, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Cross-train in various operational departments (Inbound, Outbound, Returns).
Qualification
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and stand/walk for an entire shift.
- Forklift certification strongly preferred (paid training provided for high-potential candidates).
- Basic computer literacy and prior experience with RF scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and an unwavering work ethic.
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment (seasonal temperature variations).
- Must be at least 18 years of age and willing to work overtime as required.
