Responsibility
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in both digital and physical formats.
- Verify and reconcile data with source documents to ensure high quality.
- Review and correct data discrepancies or errors immediately.
- Organize and file physical records in an accessible manner.
- Generate reports and summaries based on entered data.
- Assist in the processing of invoices and payroll documentation.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk, Administrator, or similar role.
- Fast typing speed with a minimum of 45-50 WPM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
