Responsibility
- Input and update data accurately in company databases and spreadsheets.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies to maintain integrity.
- Organize and file records according to established procedures.
- Generate reports and summaries as requested by management.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and security.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry targets.
- Perform regular data backups and maintain archive systems.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (60+ WPM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with database software and data entry tools.
