Responsibility

  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies for service.
  • Prepare ingredients by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and executing recipes with precision.
  • Cook menu items in collaboration with the rest of the kitchen team.
  • Ensure food quality and portion control meet our rigorous standards.
  • Adhere to strict safety and sanitation procedures, including proper food storage and handling.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly kitchen environment.
  • Assist with inventory management and rotation of stock.
  • Support the Head Chef with menu development and seasonal specials.

Qualification

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Valid ServSafe Food Handler Certification is strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Italian cooking techniques and knife skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Culinary degree from an accredited school is a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
