Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests warmly and professionally
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay promptly to kitchen
- Provide expert menu knowledge, including wine and cocktail pairings
- Ensure timely course delivery and attend to special requests
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area throughout service
- Collaborate with culinary and service teams to elevate the guest experience
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations (ServSafe preferred)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
- Wine & craft cocktail knowledge strongly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree a plus
