Responsibility
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Train and mentor junior baristas on brewing techniques and customer service
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain impeccable workspace hygiene
- Develop seasonal drink specials that showcase local ingredients
- Engage customers with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow during peak hours
Qualification
- 2+ years professional barista experience with advanced espresso skills
- Portfolio demonstrating latte art proficiency and beverage innovation
- ServSafe Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of coffee origins, processing methods, and flavor profiles
