This is not just a 'shoot and edit' role. You will be a key creative visionary, partnering with our Creative Directors to conceptualize and execute high-stakes campaigns for global lifestyle, fashion, and technology brands. From gripping 30-second social spots to cinematic long-form documentaries, you will define our visual voice.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end video production, from creative concept development through final delivery.
- Operate advanced cinema cameras (Sony Venice, RED Komodo) and grip/lighting equipment on location and in-studio.
- Direct talent, manage production crews, and oversee scheduling to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
- Edit and color grade footage using DaVinci Resolve, crafting compelling narratives that align with brand strategy.
- Design and integrate motion graphics, VFX, and sound design using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Collaborate with the social media team to optimize content for various digital platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
- Stay ahead of industry trends, recommending innovative techniques to keep our content cutting-edge.
- Maintain and organize the digital asset library, ensuring efficient archiving and retrieval.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in professional videography, with a strong emphasis on commercial/branded content.
- Stunning portfolio demonstrating exceptional storytelling, lighting, and composition skills.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and DaVinci Resolve.
- Deep technical knowledge of camera systems (Sony, RED), lenses, and professional audio/lighting gear.
- Proven experience directing on-set talent and managing crew dynamics.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Arts, or equivalent professional experience.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel for shoots as needed.
