Responsibility
- Welcome guests with a warm smile and professional demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system.
- Deliver orders promptly while maintaining cleanliness and presentation.
- Address guest concerns courteously and escalate when necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with restocking supplies and side work as needed.
Qualification
- Previous experience as a Waiter or in a fast‑paced dining environment is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle high‑pressure situations.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
