Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a seamless seating process.
- Present menus with enthusiasm, offering detailed descriptions and making personalized recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks with precision, adhering to plating standards and timing protocols.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and resolve any issues or concerns immediately.
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary dining environment.
Qualification
- Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and alcohol awareness (SIP/SOP certification).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance, impeccable hygiene standards, and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business volume.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays weighing up to 25 lbs.
