Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring exceptional first impressions
- Present menus and provide knowledgeable recommendations on dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders using our POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain clean and organized dining stations throughout service
- Process payments and close out checks accurately
- Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
Qualification
- Minimum 1 year of serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proficiency in POS systems and modern dining technology
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
