Responsibility
- Manage calendar, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination for senior executives.
- Oversee office supplies procurement and inventory management.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and database entries.
- Handle incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely responses.
- Support onboarding of new staff by preparing documentation and orientation materials.
- Coordinate internal events, team meetings, and company-wide initiatives.
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and vendor negotiations.
Qualification
- Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience with office equipment and basic IT troubleshooting is a plus.
