Responsibility
- Manage office operations, including supply procurement, vendor management, and facility maintenance.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and complex calendars for senior leadership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and manage office inventory.
- Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, and celebrations.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Implement and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring data accuracy.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems in a high-pressure environment.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Experience with project management tools like Asana or Trello is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
