Responsibility
- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars for C-level executives, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries with precision.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and distribute action points following all executive meetings.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, filtering communications and escalating urgent matters.
- Document Control: Prepare, proofread, and distribute high-level presentations, reports, and confidential documents.
- Travel & Logistics: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Office Operations: Oversee general office administration, including vendor management, supply ordering, and facility maintenance requests.
- Project Support: Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
Qualification
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive administrative or office management role.
- Education: A-levels or equivalent qualification; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
- Discretion: High level of confidentiality and professional integrity when handling sensitive information.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
