  • Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, filtering communications and escalating urgent matters.
  • Document Control: Prepare, proofread, and distribute high-level presentations, reports, and confidential documents.
  • Travel & Logistics: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Qualification

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive administrative or office management role.
