As a Barista, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every cup of coffee is prepared to perfection while providing an exceptional experience for our guests.
Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality espresso-based beverages and food items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment at all times.
- Engage with customers warmly, taking orders and answering questions about our menu.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Stock inventory and perform daily opening and closing duties.
- Follow health and safety regulations strictly.
Qualification
- Previous experience in the coffee industry is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and latte art is a plus.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
