Responsibility
- Brew and serve espresso-based beverages and pour-overs with precision and consistency.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle transactions accurately.
- Maintain a pristine and organized work area, including the coffee station, seating area, and restrooms.
- Engage with customers warmly, answering questions about our menu and making personalized recommendations.
- Assist in inventory management, including checking stock levels and restocking supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations set by the local health department.
Qualification
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional barista experience in a high-volume setting.
- Strong knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and espresso machine maintenance.
- Familiarity with latte art techniques is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Valid food handler's permit or certification.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-centric attitude.
