Responsibility
- Develop and execute innovative menus aligned with seasonal ingredients and culinary trends
- Lead kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and vendor relationships
- Mentor and inspire a team of 15+ culinary professionals through training and performance feedback
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards and health regulations
- Collaborate with front-of-house team to create seamless dining experiences
- Oversee menu development for private events and catering functions
- Conduct regular kitchen maintenance and equipment optimization
Qualification
- 5+ years as Head Chef or Executive Chef in fine dining establishments
- Culinary degree from accredited institution or equivalent professional experience
- Deep knowledge of global cuisines and modern cooking techniques
- Proven track record of menu development and cost management
- Strong leadership skills with ability to train and motivate diverse teams
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety credentials
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
