Responsibility
- Execute complex recipes with precision and consistency across multiple stations
- Manage inventory and maintain impeccable food safety protocols (HACCP)
- Collaborate with pastry and garde manger teams for seamless service
- Train junior staff on plating techniques and kitchen workflows
- Develop seasonal specials aligned with chef's vision
- Ensure optimal mise en place and equipment functionality
- Participate in menu tastings and recipe refinement sessions
Qualification
- 3+ years high-volume fine dining experience required
- Advanced knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, and flavor profiles
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety credentials
