Responsibility
- Execute menu items with precision and consistency while maintaining station organization
- Manage inventory, prep ingredients, and ensure food safety compliance
- Collaborate with sous chefs and front-of-house staff during peak service
- Adapt recipes to seasonal availability and dietary restrictions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across all workstations
- Train junior staff on cooking techniques and kitchen protocols
- Contribute to menu innovation through regular tastings and feedback sessions
Qualification
- 3+ years of professional line cook experience in high-volume establishments
- Deep knowledge of various cooking methods, knife skills, and flavor profiles
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety credentials
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments during peak hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality presentation
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
