- Train junior staff on cooking techniques
Qualification
- 3+ years professional line cook experience
- Knowledge of modern cooking techniques and trends
- ServSafe certification required
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours
- Strong attention to detail and presentation skills
- Basic knife proficiency and knowledge of food science
