- Manage station inventory, including ordering and stocking of ingredients
- Adhere to food safety protocols and maintain a sanitized workstation
- Collaborate with team members during peak service hours
- Present dishes with consistent plating and garnishing techniques
- Contribute to menu development through seasonal innovation
Qualification
- 3+ years of professional line cook experience in high-volume kitchens
- Deep knowledge of various cooking techniques and flavor profiles
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety training
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Experience with inventory management and cost control
