Responsibility
- Direct and coordinate front-office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance departments to deliver seamless service.
- Implement revenue-optimization strategies, monitor pricing, and track occupancy rates to meet financial targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff, fostering a culture of hospitality excellence and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations while maintaining brand standards.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare and manage the operational budget, control costs, and report performance to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to promote services, packages, and events.
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience in a hotel or resort setting.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, front-office, and revenue management systems.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate diverse staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual a plus.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Customer-first mindset with a track record of high guest satisfaction scores.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
