  • Manage budgetary controls, cost optimization, and financial performance monitoring
  • Lead talent acquisition, training, and development initiatives for 200+ staff members

  • Collaborate with sales teams to maximize occupancy and premium guest retention

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent professional certification
  • Minimum 8+ years in luxury hotel management with 3+ years at senior management level
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in premium hospitality markets
  • Expertise in PMS systems (Opera, Oracle) and revenue management analytics
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing multicultural teams
