As Hotel Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of property operations, driving revenue growth while maintaining our 5-star reputation. You'll lead a diverse team of 200+ professionals, implement innovative guest engagement strategies, and ensure flawless execution of premium services. The ideal candidate thrives in high-pressure environments and possesses a proven track record in luxury hotel management.
Responsibility
- Strategic leadership of all hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Engineering
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals
- Drive exceptional guest satisfaction through personalized service excellence and complaint resolution
- Manage budgetary controls, cost optimization, and financial performance monitoring
- Lead talent acquisition, training, and development initiatives for 200+ staff members
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations, safety protocols, and brand standards
- Collaborate with sales teams to maximize occupancy and premium guest retention
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent professional certification
- Minimum 8+ years in luxury hotel management with 3+ years at senior management level
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in premium hospitality markets
- Expertise in PMS systems (Opera, Oracle) and revenue management analytics
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing multicultural teams
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated budget management experience
- Fluency in English; additional languages highly advantageous
- Singaporean PR or citizenship required due to regulatory compliance
