Responsibility
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance departments
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize guest experiences and maximize profitability
- Manage staff recruitment, training, performance reviews, and team development
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Analyze financial reports and implement cost-control measures
- Build relationships with corporate clients and event organizers
- Drive revenue through targeted marketing campaigns and partnerships
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years in hotel management with luxury brand experience
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire cross-functional teams
- Advanced degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin highly desirable
- Expert knowledge of Opera PMS and hotel management systems
- Certification in hotel operations or hospitality preferred
