Responsibility
- Oversee daily hotel operations ensuring flawless guest experiences across all departments
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize occupancy and profitability
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams through performance management and training
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and optimize revenue streams
- Ensure strict adherence to brand standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
- Foster strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and local community
- Drive customer satisfaction initiatives and handle guest escalations
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5+ years in luxury hotel management with proven P&L responsibility
- Expertise in revenue management, yield optimization, and budgeting
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire cross-functional teams
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in English; additional languages highly valued
- Deep knowledge of Singapore hospitality market and trends
