Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing all surfaces and fixtures to a gleaming finish.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the residence, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
- Execute detailed deep-cleaning projects on a rotating schedule (e.g., windows, upholstery, chandeliers, baseboards).
- Manage and replenish household supplies and linens, ensuring inventory is accurately tracked and maintained.
- Care for fine fabrics, antiques, art, and delicate surfaces using specialized techniques and approved products.
- Assist with laundry and ironing, providing exceptional care for high-end and delicate garments.
- Coordinate with household management or private chef to ensure seamless daily operations and event preparation.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to the specific preferences and privacy standards of the household at all times.
Qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of professional housekeeping experience in a luxury residential setting, private estate, or high-end boutique hotel.
- Immaculate and verifiable references from previous long-term positions in private homes.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, intuitive approach to maintaining order and cleanliness.
- Excellent knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and best practices for various surfaces (marble, hardwood, silver, stainless steel, etc.).
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively with little supervision.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods (ability to lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull cleaning equipment).
