Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to meet quality, safety, and efficiency targets
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members through performance coaching and training
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflows and reduce waste
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities and drive KPI achievement
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in manufacturing leadership with proven team management success
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies and Six Sigma principles
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in ERP systems and production management software
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
