Responsibility
- Manage 15+ production staff through daily scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase efficiency
- Monitor production metrics and KPIs to meet quarterly targets
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and equipment troubleshooting
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication for seamless operations
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing supervision
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proven track record of improving productivity and reducing costs
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts and occasional weekends
