Responsibility
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks using advanced techniques (latte art, pour-overs, cold brew)
- Train and mentor new baristas on brewing standards and customer service excellence
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and supplies with precision
- Maintain pristine workspace and equipment adherence to health codes
- Develop seasonal drink recipes and present them to management for approval
- Handle POS transactions and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism
Qualification
- 3+ years of professional barista experience in high-volume settings
- Advanced knowledge of coffee origins, roasting profiles, and brewing methods
- Latte art certification or demonstrable expertise
- Exceptional multitasking ability during peak hours
- Food Handler's Permit (Washington State)
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team training
