Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and provide attentive table service throughout their dining experience
- Present menu items confidently, make recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverage selections
- Process orders accurately using our POS system and coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff
- Ensure tables are properly set with linens, silverware, and glassware while maintaining pristine cleanliness throughout your shift
- Handle cash and credit card transactions professionally, balancing your cash drawer at the end of each shift
- Address guest concerns diplomatically and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with fellow servers and support staff to deliver seamless, coordinated service
Qualification
- Prior waitstaff experience in upscale dining establishments highly preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills and polished professional appearance
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure service environments
- Basic mathematical skills for processing payments accurately
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
