Responsibility
- Expertly prepare espresso-based drinks and pour-overs using premium single-origin beans
- Deliver personalized customer service with product knowledge recommendations
- Maintain pristine workspace through rigorous sanitation and inventory management
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Train new hires on beverage techniques and brand standards
- Contribute to seasonal menu development and promotions
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years specialty coffee experience with latte art certification
- Deep understanding of brewing variables (grind size, water temp, extraction time)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs regularly
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Food Handler's Permit required
- Basic POS system proficiency
