Responsibility
- Expertly prepare espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and cold brew using premium single-origin beans
- Master latte art techniques and present beverages with meticulous attention to detail
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately while maintaining excellent customer service
- Manage inventory of coffee supplies and maintain pristine workspace hygiene
- Educate customers on coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless service flow
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive work culture that celebrates coffee craftsmanship
Qualification
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with specialty coffee knowledge
- Expertise in espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art fundamentals
- Exceptional communication skills with a warm, customer-first approach
- Ability to multitask efficiently in high-volume environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for coffee trends and willingness to learn advanced techniques
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
