- Lead a brigade of 15+ culinary professionals with precision and mentorship
- Oversee food costing, inventory control, and vendor relationships
- Ensure flawless execution for 200+ covers nightly across three dining concepts
- Collaborate with beverage director on wine pairings and menu integration
- Maintain AAA Five Diamond and Michelin standards consistently
- Drive culinary R&D and staff development programs
Qualification
- 10+ years progressive experience in fine dining with 3+ as Executive Chef
- Classically trained with advanced techniques and modern sensibilities
- Proven track record maintaining Michelin/AAA ratings
- Expertise in farm-to-table sourcing and sustainable practices
- Strong financial acumen in P&L management and cost control
- Exceptional leadership with ability to inspire creativity
- Certification from premier culinary institution preferred
