Responsibility

- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 8+ kitchen staff with precision and passion
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and cost controls
- Collaborate with management on sourcing sustainable, high-quality local produce and proteins
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and budgeting for kitchen operations
- Develop innovative dishes for private events and seasonal promotions

Qualification
- 5+ years of professional cooking experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
