Responsibility
- Lead the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
- Develop and execute seasonal menus that align with our brand identity while maximizing profitability.
- Manage inventory, reduce waste, and control food costs within budgetary limits.
- Mentor, train, and supervise a diverse team of cooks and kitchen staff.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations (HACCP).
- Collaborate with the pastry team and front-of-house management to ensure seamless service.
- Source high-quality ingredients from local farmers and suppliers.
Qualification
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in a fine-dining or high-volume restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work under pressure during service.
- Proficiency in all major cooking techniques and equipment.
- Certification in Food Safety and Sanitation (e.g., ServSafe).
