  • Collaborate with F&B Director to design exclusive tasting menus and private dining experiences
  • Source premium local and international ingredients to maintain exceptional quality standards
  • Manage kitchen inventory, vendor relationships, and operational budget effectively
  • Continuously refine techniques and present visually stunning culinary presentations

Qualification

  • 10+ years progressive experience in fine dining establishments with 3+ years as Executive Sous Chef or Executive Chef
  • Formal culinary education from accredited institution (CIA, Johnson & Wales, etc.)
  • Proven track record of developing award-winning menus and achieving culinary accolades
  • Expertise in diverse cuisines with emphasis on modern American and international techniques
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to manage high-pressure kitchen environments
  • Advanced knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, ServSafe certification)
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate with front-of-house teams
