Responsibility
- Develop and execute innovative seasonal menus aligned with culinary trends and guest preferences
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 15+ culinary professionals through daily operations
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards, hygiene protocols, and cost control measures
- Collaborate with F&B Director to design exclusive tasting menus and private dining experiences
- Source premium local and international ingredients to maintain exceptional quality standards
- Manage kitchen inventory, vendor relationships, and operational budget effectively
- Continuously refine techniques and present visually stunning culinary presentations
Qualification
- 10+ years progressive experience in fine dining establishments with 3+ years as Executive Sous Chef or Executive Chef
- Formal culinary education from accredited institution (CIA, Johnson & Wales, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing award-winning menus and achieving culinary accolades
- Expertise in diverse cuisines with emphasis on modern American and international techniques
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage high-pressure kitchen environments
- Advanced knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, ServSafe certification)
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate with front-of-house teams
