Qualification

  • Minimum 7 years of progressive culinary leadership experience in high-volume fine dining or luxury hospitality.
  • Formal culinary arts degree or equivalent professional training (e.g., CIA or Le Cordon Bleu).
  • Proven track record of menu innovation, cost control, and team development.
  • Deep knowledge of global cuisines, modern techniques, and seasonal ingredients.
  • ServSafe Manager certification and strong understanding of NYC health code regulations.
