Responsibility
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards.
- Manage budgets, financial reports, and revenue management to achieve financial goals.
- Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff to ensure a motivated and efficient team.
- Monitor and maintain hotel facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain reputation.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or similar role.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and revenue management.
- Knowledge of hotel management software and systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
