Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests, present menus, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Provide expert recommendations on menu items, including wine pairings and daily specials.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
- Handle guest payments, process transactions, and operate POS system efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, including resetting tables.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Upsell appetizers, desserts, and premium beverages to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service.
- Extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a polished appearance.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in hospitality preferred.
- Valid Food Handler’s certification or willingness to obtain.
