Qualification
- 2+ years of fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Exceptional knowledge of food/wine pairings and menu details
- Proven ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid NYC Food Handler's certification
