Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional table service with attention to timing and presentation
- Master extensive wine, cocktail, and menu knowledge for upselling
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams
- Maintain pristine table settings and dining area standards
- Process payments accurately through POS systems
- Contribute to daily pre-shift briefings and inventory checks
Qualification
- 2+ years fine dining or upscale restaurant experience
- Advanced knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Valid NYC Food Handler's certification
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
