Responsibility
- Deliver impeccable table service with attention to detail and personalized guest interactions
- Masterfully manage 4-6 tables per shift, ensuring accuracy in orders and timing
- Upsell premium menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining positive relationships
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams during peak hours
- Maintain pristine dining standards through constant table maintenance and sanitation
- Process payments efficiently and accurately using POS systems
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
