Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a seamless seating process.
- Present menus, offer beverage recommendations, and answer inquiries to enhance the guest experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring special dietary needs are noted.
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately, ensuring all items meet our high-quality standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and address any concerns or feedback immediately.
- Process payments efficiently and courteously, handling cash and credit transactions with precision.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow and inventory management.
Qualification
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of food and wine pairings, with the ability to make informed recommendations.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Alcohol Awareness Certification (TIPS/ALSO) is preferred.
- Proficiency in POS systems and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Must maintain a neat, professional appearance and adhere to uniform guidelines.
